Cambs West Volunteers day!

We have a special day planned just for all our amazing volunteers!

Date:  Saturday 1st October to Sunday 2nd October

Venue:  Stibbington Centre, Church Lane, Stibbington, Peterborough, PE8 6LP

Cost: £5 for the day with lunch,

£10 for the day, lunch, evening meal and campfire

£10 for the day, lunch, evening meal, campfire and overnight accommodation,breakfast.

Who is invited?: All adult volunteers over 18.

Timings:  arrive 9.30am, sessions finish at 4.30pm, dinner will be provided, then campfire, overnights finish at 10am the following morning.

Come visit for the day, or stay overnight the choice is yours!

Morning sessions to choose from:

  • Carry on Camping: -  come and enjoy the fun of camping, refresh or learn new skills, share ideas, find out more about the going away scheme or just come and have some fun, cooking on fires and lots more.
  • Step inside our Residential Roundabout:-  come and enjoy the fun of indoor residentials with the girls, refresh or learn new skills, share ideas,  come and have some fun.
  • Team building with the Royal Navy.

 

Afternoon sessions to choose from:

  • Pilates
  • Flower Arranging: Come and find out what you can do with your supermarket flowers
  • Cocktail Making with Steve the Barman: Come and learn how to make 2 cocktails and have some fun
  • Cake Decorating
  • Soap making
  • Line Dancing
  • Creative Art: Come and be creative, no skills required

Yes! Just let us know whe you book so we can make sure we plan for you.

Please note the event will be Nut and Orange free.

You can stay inside or camp in the space outside the venue whatever is best for you. If you are staying overnight make sure you select the right length of stay when booking through the shop and we'll expect you!

If you are camping you'll need to bring your own tent, or maybe club together with friends to share. If you are staying indoors you'll just need to bring a sleeping bag.
