County Day & Summer Social
Date: Saturday 18th July
Venue: Yaxley Scout & Guide HQ, Great Drove, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3TW
Leader Training:
A day of training with a Summer social to end the day on.
Training with Guiding friends, which will cover:
Back to basics
Building blocks to make an exciting and enjoyable experience for your young members
Find out about the 5 essentials and adapting the programme
Where to take your young members
Sharing ideas and opportunities
Everyone attending either part of the day will receive one of our special County Day badges!
Suitable for leaders of all sections.
Time: 10.00 am until 4.00 pm
Cost: £7.50 per leader (unit expense)

Summer Social
What: Join us for an evening of socialising with other leaders from across the county. We can have a campfire and cook snacks, sing silly songs and socialise with leaders new and old to build connections to support us in our volunteering journeys.
When: 4:30pm onwards after the leaders training day. Stay on after the training, or join us for the evening.
Where: Yaxley scout and Guide hut ///decorator.initiates.mule
Cost: There is no cost to join us. There will be some food delivered in a pre-order which we will let you know before the event, and you can order what you would like.
What to bring: Chairs, camp blankets, and anything you'd like to eat or drink, if you want to.
