Exciting news! We have secured the cinemas again this year for our showing of Hexed.

The prices quoted above will include a badge per participant. These will be handed to you at the event.

Units will need to maintain their own ratios throughout the event and bring their own permission forms, risk assessments, first aid kit, etc.

Screening times will depend on numbers. If numbers are similar to last year, there will be two showings at Showcase at 9:30am and 10:30am, and one showing at Cineworld at 10:00am.

The FAQs below will be updated as questions come through in the run-up to the event.

Leaders FAQ's

At both Cineworld locations, you will have access to the cinema from 9:30am, with the film starting at 10:00am.

At Showcase, we have two showings at 9:30am and 10:30am. You will be emailed to confirm which showing and screen you have been allocated to.

Once we have the final numbers, you will be contacted to confirm which showing you are in.

Please bring the email confirming which screen you have been allocated to, along with the confirmation from the website showing how many tickets you have purchased. These can be shown on your phone and will help us direct everyone to the correct screen.

You will also need to bring:

  • Your own One Day Activity Forms

  • Your first aid kit

  • Your risk assessment

Each unit will need to complete their own risk assessment. We will provide a risk assessment template to help with this.

Yes please! It would be great to see so many members in their Girlguiding uniform all together.

The snack boxes at Showcase are gluten-free and dairy-free, and the sweets included are Skittles.

At Cineworld, the sweets can be swapped for Raisins to accommodate dietary requirements.

There will be people at each cinema with the badges packaged for each unit. Please look out for your envelope when you arrive.

In your envelope with the badges, there will also be a number of stickers for the snack boxes.

Please give these stickers to the girls so they can collect their snack boxes. Snack boxes will only be handed out to girls who have a sticker.
